How does the match process work?

Coacher uses AI to rank all coaches by how well they fit your needs and preferences. When you finish the intake process, you'll be offered a choice between your best-fitting coaches for your discovery call.

In which countries is Coacher available?

Coacher is currently available in the United States, and we plan to expand to other countries soon.

What if, after my discovery call, I want to go with a different coach?

You can always switch coaches with Coacher. After your discovery call, you'll have the option to continue with your current coach or choose a different one from your top matches.

I don't see my preferred coaching area listed. Will Coacher be offering it soon?

Our mission is to offer affordable coaching for almost any goal: career & business, financial, health, life, recreational, or academic. How is coaching different from therapy?

In general, coaching emphasizes the "how" - the tools and processes to help us reach our goals - whereas therapy focuses on the "why" - cognitive factors underlying our feelings and behavior.

Coacher has a strict policy prohibiting coaches from providing therapy to their coachees on Coacher; if they believe a coachee could benefit from therapy, they may refer them to relevant resources, but may not provide therapy themselves.

How much does it cost?

Coacher lets coaches set their own rates, and rates vary widely based on many factors, including the coaching area, coach experience, and service packages. Our commissions are well below market rates to keep coaching as affordable and accessible as possible. When you get matched with coaches, you'll receive their pricing information to inform your decision.
