Meeting Cancellation Policy

This Meeting Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling or rescheduling any coaching session through our services or Platform. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.

  1. Rescheduling and Cancellation
    1. Coacher enables Coachees to reschedule or cancel a scheduled meeting with their Coach for any reason and without incurring an additional fee, up to 24 hours prior to the meeting, or during a shorter period if such period is determined or waved by the cancellation and rescheduling policy of the applicable Coach (the “Rescheduling Period”).
    2. Any scheduled meeting that is not attended by a Coach or a Coachee within eight (8) minutes after the scheduled time shall be deemed a missed meeting and the following provisions shall apply:
      1. In the event that the Coachee missed the meeting, the meeting will not be rescheduled unless the Coach agrees, in their cancellation and scheduling policy or on a case-by-case basis, to permit rescheduling after the Rescheduling Period. In the event that the missed meeting is not rescheduled the Coachee shall be charged in full for the missed meeting.
      2. In the event that the Coach missed the meeting, and the Coachee attended the meeting, the Coachee shall be entitled to a rescheduled meeting instead of the missed meeting, without any additional charge.
    3. A Coach's repeated failure to attend scheduled meetings in a timely manner may result in the suspension of the Coach’s Account from Coacher's services and Platform.
  2. Coach Cancellation Policy
    1. A Coach can determine the policy for cancellation and re-scheduling of meetings on their Profile, provided that such policy shall not contradict this Cancellation Policy, the Terms, or any applicable law.
    2. The Coach is responsible that their cancellation and re-scheduling policy shall be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Applicable Law

    In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Cancellation Policy and any applicable laws or regulations, the law shall prevail to the extent necessary to ensure compliance with such laws or regulations.

    By participating in paid sessions through our services or our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy.
